Job Description
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track all scheduling operations and billings for each month utilizing principles of project management and provide feedback on resources and allocations.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly results.
  • Responsible for overall results for the projects you manage.
  • Building a team atmosphere and executing a staff development plan.
  • Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
  • Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
  • Attend client meetings with determination of project requirements.
  • Site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Track the progress and quality of work.
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans and work hours.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
  • Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
  • Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
Skill Requirement
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in B.E (Mechanical /Electrical) or B.E (Civil Engineering) and more preferable related fieldDiploma / Master of Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 5 years working Experience inrelated field.
  • Honest, trustworthy, respectful, with a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including problem solving.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
